Not happy with your order? Solvena Clothing LTD offers 30-day returns from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused and in their original condition, with all original packaging. Clothing must be unworn (with tags still attached where applicable). Equipment must be unused and in resaleable condition.
Email hello@solvenaclothing.com with your order reference and we'll issue return instructions and, where applicable, a returns label. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt.
If something arrives damaged or faulty, please email us before returning. We cover return shipping on faulty items and can often resolve issues faster than a standard return process.
