We're based in the UK and operate remotely, with warehouse and support both handled in-house. That means when you email us, you're talking to the same team that packs your order.
We list things because we've tried them and they hold up. That's the whole selection criterion. If we wouldn't buy it ourselves, it doesn't go on the site.
